Yes. I doubt they would give us any answers if we asked. But there has to be something more about it.

Yes. I asked about if they have any records for departures before, in case one of my brothers were here in the past. All they told me was that they exist, but privacy laws prevented them from showing it.

I'm not sure if it's the same in this case, or an answer they give to stop us from asking.
